During his tenure at Carrington, DeLory made a significant impact, breaking company records and earning recognition as the top Regional Sales Manager in the organization from 2013 to 2017. His achievements in this role underscored his dedication and leadership capabilities.

In 2021, DeLory joined Equity Prime Mortgage (EPM), where he continued to influence the industry. Alongside his long-time friend and Senior Vice President of Lending, Kenny Phillips, he co-hosted “The Whole Perspective” podcast, sharing insights and experiences with listeners.

Following the unfortunate news of DeLory’s passing, an emotional announcement was made by his colleague, Kenny Phillips, on LinkedIn. In light of DeLory’s passing, Phillips has decided to temporarily assume leadership of EPM’s sales department. While he does not anticipate appointing a successor immediately, he proposed establishing a scholarship in DeLory’s daughter’s name and creating an award in his honor, as a way to pay tribute to his legacy.
