Heather and Terry Dubrow List Beverly Hills Estate for $25 Million
Reality television personalities Heather and Terry Dubrow are making headlines once again as they place
their lavish Beverly Hills property on the market for $25 million. Just two years ago, the couple
acquired the home for $16.1 million, and after implementing some upgrades, they’ve now significantly
increased the asking price.
The real estate listing is being managed by notable agents Josh Altman from Douglas Elliman California and
Josh Flagg from Compass.
A Glimpse into the Property’s History
The Dubrows purchased the estate from the family of the late filmmaker Martha De Laurentiis in July
2023. De Laurentiis and her husband, famed producer Dino De Laurentiis, originally bought the property
nearly 40 years ago for approximately $2.8 million. Their tenure saw extensive renovations tailored to
their tastes. Before the De Laurentiis family, prominent restaurateur Steve Crane, ex-husband of actress
Lana Turner, owned the estate, selling it to novelist Harold Robbins in 1978 for just $850,000.
