New Office Lease Signed
Actively AI, an innovative platform specializing in AI-driven sales solutions, has secured a five-year lease for 10,722 square feet in a new office location. The company will occupy the entirety of the ninth and tenth floors at 30 West 21st Street, marking a significant step in its growth.
The asking rent for the space was reported at $55 per square foot, according to the landlord’s broker, Nomad Group.
Moving to a Strategic Location
This move will bring Actively AI just two blocks away from its current office space at 184 Fifth Avenue. The transition is anticipated to occur within this month, as announced by Nomad Group.

Transaction Details and Funding
The lease transaction for Actively AI was facilitated by Seth Godnick from JLL. Following this lease agreement, the company has also announced recent funding of $22.5 million from Bain Capital Ventures to enhance its capabilities in maximizing revenue for sales teams. This funding reflects Actively AI’s ambitious plans to innovate the sales process since its establishment in 2022.

Actively AI’s relocation is part of a broader trend of AI-oriented companies expanding their presence in New York City. Mayor Eric Adams has initiated a $3 million initiative aimed at positioning the city as a global hub for artificial intelligence firms, further attracting industry leaders to the area.
