4th Annual “Choose Your Brew with Ireland” Virtual Event Set for March 27
The Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR) is proud to announce its collaboration with various REALTOR® associations across the United States, including those in Austin, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco, to host the 4th Annual “Choose Your Brew with Ireland.” This free virtual event will take place on Thursday, March 27, from 10-11 a.m. ET, via Zoom, fostering cross-continental connections in the real estate sector.
Collaboration with International Partners
This year’s event sees collaboration with the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) in Dublin, Ireland. Established in 1971, IPAV serves over 1,400 licensed professionals engaged in property services, including auctioneering and valuing throughout Ireland. The partnership aims to enhance global diplomatic ties in real estate.

After an introduction to the panelists, Pat Davitt, CEO of IPAV, will present an overview of current trends in Ireland’s real estate landscape. His insights will delve into the economic and demographic factors influencing the sector, offering valuable information for delegates wishing to tap into this market.
The program will also include a virtual tour of residential properties, catering to various budgets. Following this, Frank McManus, serving as the NAR Global Ambassador to Ireland and the United Kingdom, will facilitate a question-and-answer session, ensuring participants have the opportunity to engage directly with experts.
