A partnership between Landmark Companies and Interforum Holdings has successfully acquired $42.5 million in construction financing aimed at developing a multifamily residential property in San Antonio, Texas. The financial backing comes from Genesis Capital.
Project Overview
The collaborative venture’s project, named Arden Ingram, is set to feature 252 residential units. Construction will take place on a previously vacant 14.18-acre lot, conveniently located to the west of Interstate 410 at the intersection of Mabe Road and Ingram Road. This area is situated within the Crown Meadows neighborhood, approximately 11 miles from Downtown San Antonio.

The financial arrangement for the project was facilitated by BayBridge Real Estate Capital, with a dedicated team including Jay Miller, AJ Felberbaum, Spencer Miller, Noah Rothman, and Daniel O’Mahony playing key roles in the process.
Timeline and Amenities
Construction of the garden-style apartment complex is expected to reach completion in early 2027. Future residents can anticipate a range of community amenities, including:
