JetSet Pilates Expands to New Brooklyn Location in Boerum Hill
JetSet Pilates, a Miami-based fitness studio renowned for its high-intensity Pilates workouts, is poised to open its first location in Brooklyn this upcoming spring. The new facility will be situated within the vibrant Boerum Hill neighborhood.
Details of the New Studio
The franchise has officially signed a 15-year lease for a spacious 2,400 square feet at Sterling Equities, located at 474 Atlantic Avenue. The asking rent for this prime location was set at $20,000 per month.

Matthew Figurski, who is the franchise owner alongside Cindy Pinilla, expressed enthusiasm about the new venture, stating, “We are so excited to open a business that will positively impact our clients, instructors and community. Real Estate Collaboration
The property deal was facilitated by Ripco Real Estate, with Alex Beard acting as the broker for both the tenant and landlord. Additionally, Venture Commercial had Arash Sadighi representing the tenant side of the negotiation.
Expansion in New York City
The Brooklyn studio marks JetSet’s third establishment in New York City, following their successful locations in SoHo at 355 West Broadway and in Gramercy at 257 Third Avenue, the latter set to launch next month. Since its inception in 2022, JetSet Pilates has rapidly expanded its footprint, now boasting more than 80 locations under development in both the United States and Australia.
Class Offerings and Pricing
At the new Boerum Hill studio, JetSet will provide a variety of class options, including:
- Drop-in classes for $38
- A three-class introduction package for $66
- A 10-class package for $299
These offerings aim to cater to various fitness levels and interests, ensuring accessibility for all community members.
