It is impossible for a physical person to know all of the information regarding these 5,000 properties, but it’s not impossible for an AI agent to do so.”

Through the AI system, customers can provide their preferences, such as location, budget, and desired amenities like the number of bedrooms. This data enables the AI to filter through listings and provide thorough virtual tours of applicable properties.

The AI assistant has proven especially valuable for international clientele, bridging time zone differences for Porta da Frente Christie’s, which frequently serves clients from the U.S. and Brazil. Cília emphasized that customers can receive immediate answers regardless of the five-hour time difference, improving customer service while circumventing the need for around-the-clock human staff.

“In a certain way, it replaces the search that they have online,” Cília explained, reflecting the AI’s role in simplifying the property search process.

Future Trends in Real Estate

Looking to the future, Cília foresees that AI agents will drastically alter the landscape of real estate sales. He posited that as this technology becomes more prevalent, it could reduce the dependency on human agents and lower operational expenses. “If we can use it on a large scale in the long-term future or in the medium-term future, I would say, it can replace a lot of the physical commercial consultants, and in this sense make the operation of selling these properties much cheaper,” he noted.
