United Real Estate Unveils New Initiatives at Elevate 2025 Conference
During the recently concluded Elevate 2025 conference held in Arlington, Texas from March 19-22, United® Real Estate announced several innovative programs aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and well-being of its agents. The event featured a diverse lineup of professionals, including keynote speakers such as Jared James, Coach Micheal Burt, and John Israel, the renowned “Mr. Thank You.”
Key Program Announcements
United Real Estate introduced a series of noteworthy initiatives designed to support its agents and affiliates:
1. Proprietary Resi-Investment Curriculum
The company will launch a comprehensive 12-course Resi-Investment Curriculum focused on equipping real estate agents with essential investment skills. This program, which includes mentorship, will be provided at no cost to affiliates, representing a significant financial advantage over typical coaching expenses. The curriculum is scheduled to be available nationwide starting June 30.
2. Bullseye Marketplace
United has unveiled the Bullseye Marketplace, a centralized platform designed to harness the company’s extensive purchasing power. This initiative offers pre-negotiated vendor partnerships, providing affiliates with affordable solutions to enhance their business operations. Initially, the marketplace will feature discounted services such as Zillow Showcase listings, high-definition photography, 3D tours, and more, with further additions planned for 2025.
3. Financial Wellness Program Milestone
In 2024, affiliates utilizing United’s flat-fee model retained over $150 million in commissions compared to traditional brokerages. Since its inception in July 2023, the Financial Wellness Program, which incorporates the Dave Ramsey Smart Dollar curriculum, has reportedly helped eliminate $4.3 million in debt for participants and has contributed to significant new savings. An associated wealth planning service has already enabled some agents to adjust their retirement plans positively.
4. Expansion of LeadBoost Program
United’s LeadBoost lead generation platform has successfully delivered 32 million marketing impressions and generated 23,000 referral-free leads over the past year. The company plans to enhance this platform with specialized programs, including Luxury Marketing Leads and Video Marketing Leads, thus offering targeted support to agents through its Bullseye CRM system.
Leadership Insights on Innovation
Dan Duffy, CEO of United Real Estate, underscored the necessity of continual innovation within the real estate industry: “Our industry is at an inflection point where outside forces are attempting to replace us. Billions of dollars are being invested to capture the total addressable market. If we pause or settle for the status quo, we risk losing our ability to fulfill our highest and best use to agents and, eventually, lose relevance and become extinct. At United, we will never accept the status quo. Our agents deserve better, and we will continue to innovate so they can thrive.”
Despite the challenging real estate market conditions in 2024, United Real Estate reported a 13% increase in agent transactions, suggesting resilience and growth.
Looking Ahead
Rick Haase, president of United Real Estate, expressed his confidence for the future, stating: “I have never seen a market that didn’t have enough business for well-prepared and supported agents and brokers. Bullseye Marketplace will provide a new layer of support, addressing the holistic needs of agents and helping them succeed both professionally and personally.”
United Real Estate continues to lead the industry with its flat-fee compensation model, returning a higher percentage of gross commissions to agents than many other national brokerages, according to a recent report by Mike DelPrete on agent compensation.
